“What if getting access to a licensed psychologist was as simple as booking a meeting?”

Making mental healthcare accessible
Access to mental healthcare is still too slow, too complex, and too limited. Long wait times, unclear processes, and fragmented systems make it harder than it should be for people to get help when they need it. Din Psykolog set out to change that, by offering digital access to licensed psychologists, with a focus on speed, safety, and real care.
The ambition was clear, but the path wasn’t.

From idea to something real
Instead of building everything at once, we focused on what was needed to make the service usable, and learn from real users.
We defined and built a focused MVP around the core experience: connecting patients with psychologists and enabling real sessions. We scoped the product into three key surfaces, patient, psychologist, and admin, and prioritised only what was required to make the service work end-to-end. We made deliberate decisions to move fast without compromising future scalability, and worked closely with the team to get the product live and into users’ hands as early as possible.

Built to move and to scale
The product was designed to support both speed and future growth. We focused on a setup that allowed fast iteration early on, without limiting the ability to scale as usage increased. Every decision, from architecture to tooling, was made to keep development efficient and the product stable.
“vntrs helped us get something real into users’ hands, quickly. That changed how we built, and what we prioritised.”
